Due to the handmade nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. Please feel free to email us at email@example.com with any questions prior to purchasing.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Confirmation emails that include tracking will be sent out with all orders. Please check your inbox and spam folder for confirmation emails.
All packages will be shipped via USPS.
*Business days do not include holidays and weekends.
*Please allow one extra business day for processing after a holiday or a sale.
*We do not ship any products on Saturday or Sundays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Le(a)d to Love or is lost due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address that was provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for redelivery charges. No refunds will be provided if a missed, lost, or incorrect delivery is due to customer error.
Le(a)d to Love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that tracking has confirmed as delivered. Upon request, Le(a)d to Love will confirm delivery to the provided address and submit any necessary information to the customer to investigate any missing packages.
