Inspired by my favorite self-care products, each item is crafted with carefully researched recipes and high-quality ingredients. The vibrant colors in each product come from natural sources—clay, fruit, and vegetable powders—so you can indulge in self-love without the mystery of synthetic additives. Le(a)d to Love was created to demystify skincare with ingredient lists you’ll understand, eliminating the frustration of lengthy, hard-to-pronounce chemicals. Wholesaling Le(a)d to Love products allows stores to offer their customers something unique, heartfelt, and clean, empowering individuals to take self-care seriously. Serving primarily women who value self-love and natural beauty, Le(a)d to Love can be a meaningful addition to any shop that prioritizes quality, transparency, and care.

Purpose
The Supplier agrees to provide the Customer with products ("Products") for resale, and the Customer agrees to account for all inventory and pay for any inventory discrepancies as outlined below.
Inventory Records
The Customer is required to maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of all inventory, which shall include the quantities of the Products received, sold, and remaining on hand.
- Inventory Count
At the end of each calendar month, the Customer will perform a physical count of the remaining Products and provide the Supplier with the inventory count by the 28th of the following month. The Supplier reserves the right to perform an independent inventory count if deemed necessary.
- Missing Inventory
If the physical count reveals any discrepancies between the actual remaining inventory and the quantity that should be on hand based on the Customer’s records, the Customer will be financially responsible for the missing Products. Missing inventory will be charged at the agreed wholesale price per unit, as detailed in Exhibit A.
- Payment for Missing Inventory
The Supplier will issue an invoice for the missing Products within 10, ten, business days after receiving the end-of-month inventory report. The Customer agrees to pay the invoice within 3, three, days of receipt.
Pricing
- Retail and Wholesale Pricing
Prices listed on the website are retail prices. For wholesale pricing, please contact the Supplier at 502-319-4868 or jivonta@leadtolove.net.
- Minimum Wholesale Order
The minimum wholesale order is $150, with at least 5 like items. Orders below the minimum will incur a $25 fee.
- Credit/Debit Card Transactions
Any transaction requiring a credit or debit card will be charged a 4% Shopify fee. Refunds for credit or debit card transactions will be refunded, less the 4% Shopify fee.
- Tax Exemption
A valid tax-exempt certificate must be on file to receive exemption, otherwise, a 7% tax will be assessed.
- Wholesale Price Confidentiality
Wholesale price lists are confidential and may only be distributed by Lead to Love. By accepting the price list, the Customer agrees not to disseminate the price list to other entities. Prices listed represent the minimum price per item.
- Availability and Discounts
Product availability will be provided upon request. Large orders of $500+ will receive a 3% discount.
- Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be used for wholesale purchases.
Order Requirements
- Wholesale Order Minimum
The minimum order is $150. Orders below the minimum will incur a $25 fee.
- Fuel Charges
Product prices do not include fuel charges. Delivery orders will be subject to additional fees as outlined in Section 6.
- No Refund Policy
Only credits will be issued, no refunds. Products may be exchanged or credited under the product swap out/end-of-season credit policy.
Delivery
- Delivery FeesMinimum order of $150 is required for delivery. Below minimum fee: $25.00. Delivery fees are as follows:
- $30.00 Flat rate for mid-size vehicle or SUV for small or individual deliveries.
- An additional $1.25 per mile for deliveries over 30 miles from zip codes 47150 or 46219.
- First delivery fee waived if $150 minimum is met.
- Delivery Scheduling
Businesses not on an established route are required to call at least 24 hours in advance to be added to the route schedule.
- 2025 Federal Holidays
The owner will be the only person available during federal holiday weekends. Deliveries or pickups requested on federal holidays will incur a $200 overtime fee. For observed holidays, please refer to Section 6103(a) of title 5 of the United States Code.

Product Warranty and Claims
- Product Quality Guarantee
All products are guaranteed to be true to name and of good quality at the time of delivery. Any quality concerns must be photographed and reported to jivonta@leadtolove.net within 3, three, calendar days of receiving the order to be considered for warranty.
- Warranty Limitations
Products have a 5-day warranty. To be eligible for warranty, products must be cared for according to specific care guidelines, which can be found on leadtolove.net. For example, body butter and body oils should not be stored above 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Product Liability
Supplier liability is limited to the cost of the product. The Supplier is not responsible for any costs exceeding the product's value.
- Damaged Goods
If the Customer receives Products that are damaged or defective, the Customer must notify the Supplier within 5, five, days of receipt. The Supplier will replace or refund the damaged Products at its discretion.
Right of Refusal
You have the right to refuse damaged or incorrect products at the time of delivery. Concerns must be reported on the bill of lading and via email with photos within 24 hours. Refusal for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipments will incur a 15% restocking fee and separate shipping fees.
Payment Terms
All accounts must have a valid payment method on file. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, PayPal (+3%), Cashapp, Venmo, cashier’s checks, or business checks. No personal checks are accepted. A $35 returned check fee applies. Failure to pay on time will result in additional service charges and potential collection fees.
Credits and Refunds
Credits will be issued for damaged or defective products. Refunds are only issued in cases where the order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances such as crop failures or force majeure. Credit or debit card refunds will be processed minus the 4% Shopify fee.
Product Exchange
Retailers may swap out up to 5 products per season (fall, winter, spring, and/or summer) that do not sell within a month, provided they are in the same condition as delivered. Exchanges will be for products of equal value.
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled within 7, seven, days of delivery will incur a 15% restocking fee. Orders may be rescheduled up to 72 hours after the original delivery date. Cancelations after shipment may incur a 30%-50% fee plus freight charges.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title to the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the Products will also pass to the Customer upon delivery.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with ten, 10, days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Customer will be responsible for completing a final inventory count and paying for any missing Products as described in Section 3.
